At ALEXANDRA, we believe our impact begins with the people behind our brand. Born in Melbourne and now based on the beautiful Gold Coast in Australia, we embrace a wholesome lifestyle that reflects our commitment to conscious living. As a women-led and predominantly women-staffed business, we foster a culture of collaboration, creativity and support within a close-knit team. Building strong, meaningful relationships within our team, as well as with our suppliers, customers and the broader community, is at the heart of everything we do.
We're also dedicated to giving back, donating product every quarter to Thread Together, an Australian charity that redistributes new clothing to people in need. It means fashion reaches those who need it most, while reducing waste.
As we continue to grow, we're scoping partnerships with best-in-class suppliers who prioritise transparency, environmental practices and care for their workforces as much as we do.

PRODUCT
Over 90% of the fabrics in our collections are natural, and we only work with reputable, ethical suppliers.
Every piece is designed to fit cohesively into our collection, so you can build a ready-to-wear wardrobe made for longevity over trend. The samples we no longer need from the design process go to local op shops or Thread Together, so nothing is wasted.
For our ALX Athleisure collections, where synthetics are sometimes needed for performance and durability, we're actively sourcing better alternatives, such as recycled materials.
By focusing closely on the technical side of fashion and refining our development processes, we minimise waste, reduce shipping and conserve resources through sampling and production. We're also committed to responsible production: we make only what we need and carefully manage inventory to avoid overproduction and excess stock.
