THE CLUB Terms & Conditions

1. Membership:

The Club is Alexandra Australia's loyalty program, available to customers who shop with us at alexandraaustralia.com. As a member, you'll have access to a range of perks and benefits outlined below, and we may introduce additional offers from time to time. By joining The Club, you enter into an agreement with Alexandra Australia governed by these terms and conditions.

2. Member's acceptance terms:

By joining The Club, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions, along with any rules, policies and procedures that apply to the program including the provision below relating to individual (non-class action) arbitration of disputes. Members are responsible for staying up to date with these terms. Alexandra Australia reserves the right to disqualify any member found to be in breach of them.

3. Company's right to change/cancel program:

Alexandra Australia has the right to alter, limit, modify, or terminate The Club program, program structure, any other feature of the program, or these T&C's in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and in any manner without notice. Your continued participation in The Club will confirm your acceptance of such changes.

4. Membership Eligibility:

The Club is available to Australian residents. Membership is for individuals only, with one account permitted per person. Businesses, charities, partnerships and other organisations are not eligible to join unless Alexandra Australia provides prior written approval, at our sole discretion.

5. Membership Enrolment:

You can join The Club by creating an account at alexandraaustralia.com. Please make sure the information you provide is accurate and complete, we reserve the right to decline membership where sign-up details aren't provided correctly. If your contact details change (name, email, etc.), please update your account at alexandraaustralia.com as soon as possible.

6. Marketing & Promotional Communication:

As a member, you may receive emails, SMS and other communications from us relating to promotions, offers, your tier status, benefit eligibility, and program updates. Opting out of marketing communications won't stop us sending you non-promotional messages, such as those relating to your account or our broader relationship with you.

Please note: Alexandra Australia isn't responsible for missed benefits, or the loss or downgrade of your tier status, resulting from outdated contact details that haven't been updated with us.

7. Data Privacy:

8. Returns:

Returns are handled in line with Alexandra Australia's standard returns policy. If you return an item, the amount originally counted toward your tier status for that purchase will be removed from your account.

9. Eligible Purchases:

Purchases made at alexandraaustralia.com count toward your tier status, calculated on the order value after discounts and before shipping costs. Buying a gift card counts toward tier progress; redeeming one does not. Alexandra Australia may exclude certain products from tier-earning at its discretion.

10. Tier Status:

Your tier in The Club is based purely on how much you've spent using the email address linked to your loyalty account at alexandraaustralia.com, tracked on a rolling 12-month basis. Every member starts at The Insider tier. Purchases made before joining The Club can't be counted retroactively, and accounts cannot be combined or merged.

The criteria for each tier are as follows and are subject to change at any time:

Tier 1 (The Insider) $0 spend (entry tier)

Tier 2 (The Muse) Spend $600 in a rolling 12-month period

Tier 3 (The Icon) Spend $1,200 in a rolling 12-month period

Tier 4 (Legacy Member) Spend $2,000 in a rolling 12-month period

If your spend over the trailing 12 months drops below the threshold for your current tier, you'll be moved down to the appropriate tier 12 months after the purchase(s) that originally earned you your current status.

11. Valid Email Address:

You'll need a valid, current email address to remain eligible for certain benefits and updates. If your email changes, please update it in your account. You're welcome to reset your password as often as needed.

12. Right to Revoke:

We may revoke a member's account and/or any associated benefits at our sole discretion if we believe the program is being misused including through fraud, abuse of privileges, forged claims, or breach of these terms.

13. No Transfer:

Benefits and rewards earned through The Club can't be transferred, sold, gifted, auctioned or otherwise passed on including in the event of death or as part of a separation or divorce. Doing so will void the account. Rewards have no cash value and can't be redeemed for cash.

14. Program benefits and details:

All benefits are subject to change at Alexandra Australia's discretion.

Birthday rewards are issued during the week of your birthday, provided your date of birth has been added to your account at least 30 days beforehand. This is an annual benefit for The Club members, redeemable at alexandraaustralia.com while signed in to your account, within 12 months of issue. There's no minimum spend required. Offer terms may change at any time.

Refer-a-friend: existing and new members can take part. Referrers earn 625 points for every successful referral. The friend you refer receives $20 off, valid for 2 months from issue, with a minimum spend of $150. Birthday rewards and refer-a-friend discounts can't be used together or combined with other offers.
